This workshop is designed to help you improve your self-hypnosis skills and your skills to effectively teach self-hypnosis to your clients/patients. Self-Hypnosis is a wonderful tool for expanding possibilities. Learn how to better suggest the outcomes you and your clients’ desire so that you can expand the possibilities for change and healing.
In this workshop we will explore three keys to effective self-hypnosis; education, motivation, and effective suggestions. Participants will practice teaching self-hypnosis and have the opportunity to discuss common myths and misconceptions. The concept of implicative language will be discussed and participants will hone their skills at developing suggestions for the outcomes they desire and how to apply that to theirs and their clients’ issues and concerns. We will look at a variety of issues including performance enhancement, sleep, habit, anxiety, creativity, and physical healing. The presenter will use case examples from her own and her clients’ uses of self-hypnosis. This will be an interactive workshop, so come ready to as Kay Thompson, DDS used to say “Practice, Practice, Practice”. The number of participants is limited to allow for an interactive, in-person feel to this virtual workshop.
